How to Schedule Your Appointment OnlineGo to our online scheduling page. Choose either Medical Massage or Assessment, and the service you want, for example, Sixty-minute massage. On the next page you'll see a calendar with days underlined, and the selected day highlighted. If a day isn't underlined, there isn't a slot available on that day for the length of time you want. Feel free to call and see if something can be worked out if you need to have an appointment on a specific day. On the right of the calendar will be available start times for that day. Remember that you have to book at least 24 hours in advance, and that the times listed are the start times you can choose from that will accommodate your requested appointment length. Once you select a date and start time for your appointment, you'll be asked to provide your name, a phone number in case of emergencies, and your email address. When you enter the phone number, just use numbers without punctuation and the program will format it. You can also leave a note about the problem you'd like addressed if you wish. When you click Continue, you'll be asked for a credit card to secure the appointment. We need the credit card to keep people from filling in the schedule and not showing up. If we don't ask for a credit card to secure the appointment, any kid with a computer can book appointments and keep you from getting the help you want and need! We don't like it either, but unfortunately that's the way things are. We'll only use the card if we have to charge for a missed appointment, and you can easily cancel online at least 24 hours in advance. Once you've clicked Continue, you'll be asked to recheck and make sure you asked for what you want. If you're satisfied, click Continue and you'll be set! Once we are notified that you've scheduled an appointment, we'll confirm it and you'll get an email verifying the date and time of your appointment. You'll also get a reminder email in case you forget to put the appointment into your calendar. That’s it! It seems a little complicated the first time, but you’ll be able to schedule your appointment when it’s convenient for you. To make it easier for you, we’re going to give you a 20% discount for the first appointment you schedule online during the month of March. Sorry, no double discounts if you’re admitting to being an Honored Citizen.
