I want you to know that this is the best treatment I have received for my back. I had extreme pain in my left leg that affected my walking and sleeping. One year and a half ago the doctor got me an MRI. The report came back that i had arthrtis in the lower back. He said that the pain I had in my back would be something I would have to live with for the rest of my lift. They gave me lots of different pain meds. I could no longer lift any thing that weighed more than 5 pounds. Back in Feburary or the first of March I was watching Good Day Oregon, There was an add for Hands Of Gold. I heard Dr. Casey say that she could find the cause of pain in my legs and back just by putting her hands on my skin and find the area that was causing my pain. After two visits I started feeling relief. I visited her for at least 6-7 weeks one day a week total relief. I would recomend Dr. Casey to anyone who has pain in any of ther muscels I would say that you should contact her and set up a time to see her. I have a friend that has had leg pain for years, had to tell him about it for 4 weeks, he finally went, says he wishes he wold have listen to me after the frist week. I am very glad that she has the Salem office open on Monday as i live in Lebanon, I would drive to her Lake Oswego office if I had to.
Miracle Massage Therapy

I have had tremendous back pain for many years and as a result the pain had caused my muscles to lock in tight and create spasms and more pain. I've tried everything to find relief. Surgery added to the pain and nothing seems to have worked including painkillers. Then after seeing Dr. Casey on a local TV program, I decided it was worth a try and called and made an appointment. That was the best thing that has happened to me&emdash;-after the first visit I had almost 30% relief! After a few visits I could start being more optimistic of becoming closer to pain free than I ever have. My family, friends and doctor noticed the difference in me immediately! I just cannot say enough about what Dr. Casey has done for me and continues to do so. I would recommend her to anyone and have in fact already done so.

25 Years Chronic Pain

25YEARS OF CHRONIC PAIN I have dealt with chronic pain for the last 25 years, most of it being in the shoulder and neck area with a persistent knot just to the right of my left shoulder blade. The treatments have included all kinds of medications, Phyiscal Therapy and some not so conventional methods. The PT's used everything at their disposal from traction to ultra-sound. There was also two weeks as an out patient at a Pain Center run by a local hospital. A couple of years ago I had pain medication injected in the muscles of my back. I was able to get relief from all of these procedures but it was always temporary. So when I saw Dr. Casey's article in the January 2006 issue of the PORTLAND monthly magazine, I decided that it was worth a try. After the third treatment I knew this was something that needed to be continued with, I was able to get approval for bi-weekly treatments from my insurance company. As anyone who has dealt with pain issues knows who have your good days and bad days. The good days are the ones that allow you to function at an almost normal level and the bad days you are barely able to function at all. Due to Dr. Casey's massage abilities and export knowledge of how the human body functions, my good days greatly out number the bad ones. I have received more relief in the last ten months then I have in the last ten years, Also this fall I was able to play 3 rounds of golf, something that I had not been able to do since July of 1999. This was a very big deal for me, since I am what you would call a certified golf nut. I am looking forward to many more rounds in the spring.

Magical therapudic massage

Dr. Jennifer Casey has been a miracle worker for me. I was involved in a devastating head-on auto crash that resulted in multiple fractures in my leg, upper body trauma including various muscle strains, swelling in my limbs and swelling of both lobes of my brain. I couldn't bear to be touched after the accident and I was horribly dizzy and disoriented, yet Dr. Casey was able to help me greatly with these symptoms by performing several sessions of very gentle cranial work The fluid accumulation in my back was such that it forced my hip bones apart, I couldn't stand the pain. I complained to my orthopedic doctor and my neuro-psych doctor. They said "Take more pain killers." I wanted to eliminate the cause of the pain, not just cover the symptoms. My regular doctor recommended I try therapeutic massage. Within 2 days the pain subsided as Dr. Casey worked on reducing the fluid build up. She also helped with the massive amount of swelling in my legs with a technique called lymphatic drainage. Each session gave immediate relief, followed by continuing improvement. I have recommended Dr. Casey to many friends with problems ranging from acute to chronic. Many of them have spent thousands of dollars on other types of treatment and been told surgery was the only way to fix their pain. In every case Dr. Casey has been able to provide them with relief from their symptoms. I have a friend who had her clavicle broken when a horse fell on her. Dr. Casey not only helped her with the trauma and pain resulting from the accident, but her entire posture has changed. Each time I see her now, I think how her improved posture makes her look positively regal, and her riding has improved. I cannot recommend Dr. Casey highly enough. She has improved my quality of life and made my recovery much easier. If I had left it to the standard Western medical approach, I am certain my recovery would not have been as quick nor as comprehensive.

Best Theraputic Massage

I have suffered from relentless migraine headaches virtually daily for more than twenty years and very frequently had to take strong medications for these debilitating headaches. My daughter who lives in another state, wanted to find someone who could help me with my headaches. She searched the internet, found and read Dr.Casey's website, then sent me a gift certificate for a session with Dr. Casey. By my third session with Dr. Casey, I stopped having migraines and I am now completely medication free. During my sessions with Dr.Casey, she has helped me investigate some of the triggers for my migraines. In our sessions, she has coached me to be more observant of my own body and any automatic stress responses I may have had. The frequency of my headaches has been reduced by 90%. I now see Dr. Casey weekly for maintenance sessions. This helps me to keep my stress levels under control so I no longer get to the point of developing a migraine. I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Case to anyone who suffers from migraines and other tension related pain. Her hands are truly Hands of Gold.

After being diagnosed with a progressive syndrome seven years ago my efforts to find safe and productive care became somewhat exhausting. I require a minimum of five sessions per week in order to maintain a livable level of mobility. Many of the providers were not interested in dealing with a chronic situation and several others were, quite honestly, hacks. Dr. Casey provides, for me, a haven of support and expertise. Her level of commitment and knowledge is only overshadowed by her sincere compassion and regard for each individual client. The variety of techniques she offers makes daily trials more tolerable and her focus on helping people feel better is an understatement to her talents. So long as Dr. Casey has a practice... I will remain her client.

Surprised and Releaved!

I went into see Dr. Casey with Fibromyalgia and Degenerative Disc Disease with Facet Joint Pain. I have had several massages by her and she has been helping so much with all of the pain from all these problems. She has been so informed of my problems and I have had many massages from others but none have helped me like she has. I will tell everyone I know about her. I also drive 2 hours to see her and I would drive even further if needed. My husband is a Dentist and he is so pleased with how I am feeling. It has been 14 years I have been suffering with Fibro.

Dr. Casey (Hands of Gold) is magic. I've been to a million massage therapists, looking for some relief from chronic neck and back pain due to TMJ. It always feels good, but no lasting benefit. Dr. Casey is totally different. She uses techniques I've never experienced, and focuses on the sources of the pain. She has made a huge difference in the quality of my life. Don't give up on massage therapy 'til you've seen her.

I was in a car accident a few months ago. I had back and neck injuries that were getting worse not better. I was told by my doctor that I needed deep tissue massage. I was skeptical and afraid. I had heard the horror stories. I interviewed several therapists, some actually frightened me. Dr. Casey put me at ease immediately. She was concerned, caring, and listened to what I said. Going in for my first visit I didn't believe that massage was going to help. Was I wrong!! After my first visit I could move my neck without screaming and could raise my arms enough to brush my hair! My doctor says that I am as healed as I am going to be but there will always be some pain. Jennifer is my pain reliever! If you want the pain gone. Go to Jennifer first! You wont be disappointed!

I am an MD, specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr Jennifer Casey is my masseuse of choice. Her experience, knowledge of anatomy, physiology, professional and personal demeanor, and "gift of touch" are exceptional. She cured a chronic benign muscular problem by the next morning. She listens well and shows excellent judgement. Her assistance helped prevent injuries in my Hood to Coast Relay 2004. Rated 10+

I have had a number of massages from Dr. Jennifer Casey, and I must say that her work is truly extraordinary. Jennifer can use a number of different tecchniques, depending on my needs at the time&emdash;and she is highly skilled in their use. Jennifer works with my body very gently, slowly and intuitlvely to achieve amazing and long-lasting results. Although her work can sometimes be quite deep, there is actually little discomfort in the process. I have been prone to debilitating migraines and Jennifer has been able to make them disappear within minutes! The amazing work Jennifer does is worth far more than she actually charges&emdash;I'd gladly pay any price she asked for the kind of relief she can produce.

Dr. Jennifer Casey is without a doubt the most talented and gifted person I have ever met. Her hands are like none other. Able to feel and sense pain as they glide across my skin, probing here and there. A gentle touch looking for the cause, finding it and coaxing it to release me from my suffering. Warm hands that send pleasure and mild discomfort as they go about their duties, an elbow here a forearm there, using her body like an empath to relieve my pain, and that she did. For that I am deeply grateful to her!

Dr. Casey has many fields of expertise, and her knowledge and techniques supercede all treatments I have received from chiropractors, naturopaths and physical therapists. If one type of treatment does not provide the optimum result, Dr. Casey will research and provide whatever therapy will provide the desired result. When I met Dr. Casey, I had a condition that was out of control. With different approaches, she not only has effectively treated that conditon, but she also has kept the condition under control and in remission. Compassion and dedication are a few of the adjectives that describe Dr. Jennifer Casey.

If you're looking for a cheap massage to warm your skin, this is not the place. If you're looking for a theraputic massage with lasting benefits by a physician with deep understanding of how the body works... you've found it. I've visited Dr. Casey with severe muscle spasm in my back on three seperate occasions and she was able to effect a complete recovery each time. I recommend Hands of Gold highly.

I have had numerous aches and pains for years, and until recently thought I just had to live with them. My brother is a massage therapist in another city, and recommended that I try some massage work. I had heard many great things about Dr. Casey's skills so I chose Hands of Gold. The two complaints that I asked Dr Casey to help with were a sore finger from a too-tight wedding band fifteen years ago, and a chronically sore elbow from a compound fracture 25 years ago. Dr. Casey described her technique as being very gentle but I was skeptical after the physical therapy I originally received. After a brief session on my finger, my hand felt much better. After another soothing session on my elbow, my arm finally feels the best it has been in 25 years. Thank you Dr. Casey you truly do have Hands of Gold!

The pain is gone, I damaged my rotor cup working for a friend, after one session the pain is gone . After just one session I was totality in the zone and it lasted for days, it was the best massage I have had in years.

I had a bad case of "tennis elbow" that prevented me from playing golf. It had been bothering me for over a year. After a couple of treatments by Dr. Casey, there was a noticable loss of tightness in my arm and an ability to return to the game I love. I am now playing again practically pain free. I'm sure that additional treatments will get me back to where I was before the injury. Dr. Casey knows what she is doing and how to get positive results.

Jennifer calls her business Hands of Gold, I call her Angel Hands. I have a lot of upper back and neck pain, and she is the only person that's been able to do deep tissue work and keep me pain free. I always feel safe and warm in her office, which gives me the freedom to relax and let her do her work. I have had many massages and have felt the therapists did not understand what my needs were. From the first massage she listened and did what was best for me, not her. Bless her and her hands, I am a lifer.

I just came from one of the best massages that I have ever had. My husband did massage for a number of years and becasue of his "trading" with other therapists I have received literary hundreds of massages, however, I have never had anyone tune in as well to the issues with my body like Dr Casey. My knees and legs are pain free for the first time in weeks. I have just started a new exercise program and have been in pain since I started - I am now ready to keep going both to exercise and back to Dr Casey as my reward. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a truly great massage.

Dr. Jennifer Casey is by far the most talented massage professional I have encountered over many years of massage. It is fair to say that when she left our part of the country, I went into mourning! To give some context, I was one of her very first clients in Virginia almost twenty years ago and have witnessed first hand (so to speak) her continuing professional growth. For several months before our wedding, my husband and I treated ourselves to her massages once a week to keep our stress levels from totally overwhelming us. I dont know how we could have survived without her. Recently, I visited Oregon and jumped at the chance for a Doctor Jennifer healing massage. I was quite impressed with her many new techniques and can confirm that it was worth a trip across the country to again experience those hands of gold!

Jennifer promised pain relief and she delivered. This woman is amazing! I'd suffered for years, but she was able to identify the problem and relieve the pain in the first session. And when I showed up for an appointment once with a headache, she was able to cure that as well. Highly recommended!

If you're in pain (after doing some strenuous exercise for the first time in ages for example) or you're stressed, you should call Dr. Casey and book an appointment. I did, and she worked wonders on me! She always knows exactly where to put those "hands of gold" of hers and she knows where it's hurting the most without you even having to say anything. Excellent!

I've had massage in many locations throughout the United States and wherever I've traveled outside the US (Tokyo, Mediterranean, Caribbean), but my benchmark for excellence has always remained the same: Jennifer Casey! It's usual to find someone who does one or two little things well, but normally they leave something out, or manage to ignore some body part that was crying out for attention. Not Jennifer! She always completes the whole package and leaves me feeling absolutely wonderful! I never cease to be amazed at the strength in her little hands, and how well she can perform a deep tissue treatment, yet still finish up with such a relaxing touch. I have found this to be very unique in my travels. I highly recommend her, and am jealous that I do not get treatments as often as I used to when we lived closer together.
